The Annual Joint AIDS Review Report has indicated that Condom use in Uganda has declined significantly.
This year, only 141 million condoms have been used from 200 million last year. Distribution was short by 36% of the expected 328 million condoms.
The report further revealed that New HIV infections remain high.
