Mourners in the Northern Region of Uganda collectively paid tribute during the requiem mass of Munu Bernard Paul, known commonly as Beepee on Thursday February 1, 2024 at the Uganda Martyrs Cathedral Lira.

BeePee’s casket reached Lira Cathedral with a solemn atmosphere as attendees gather in tears to bid farewell to the fallen singer.
The requiem mass, led by Father Emmanuel Opio was filled with heart-touching messages, serving as a powerful reminder of the transience of life and the inevitability of death.
The music and prayers of the requiem mass convey a sense of deep sorrow and longing, while also offering hope and comfort to the people of Northern Uganda.


In a continuation of farewell ceremonies, another requiem mass unfolds at the late Beepee’s home in Ireda Agali for a vigil mass and viewing the late’s body.
Munu Bernard Paul alias Beepee reportedly died just a few hours after getting involved in a motor accident in the wee hours of Wednesday January 24, at the intensive care unit at Lira Regional Referral Hospital where he had been admitted after the incident.
The singer was involved in a traffic crash at around 9pm on Tuesday evening near Front Page Lounge Lira and he was immediately rushed to the Hospital where breathed his last.
