In a Memorandum by National Resistance Movement-(NRM) General Secretary, Hon Richard Toodwong stated it very clear that use of Party Symbols and conduct of party leaders contesting independent Candidates against flag Bearers,

NRM candidates who lost in Primary Election and again going back as Independent candidates to avoid using NRM logo neither colour on their posters.

Alionzi Boniface, the NRM Chairperson Arua District on a Press Conference today at Ugandan Radio Network hurb at Arua Hill cell, Arua Hill ward, Central Division Arua City said as NRM have noticed confliction of NRM symbols and logo for their campaign.

Alionzi however lamented while cautioning independent Candidates in Arua District utilizing the NRM symbols avoid such practice because it may lead problem. He added that there are those mascarading and moving around in the name of NRM are supporting their Campaigns while revealing that President Museveni is not in any Memorandum of Understanding with any independent Candidates.

Chairperson reveals that those victims will be given a warning letter but when they declined to accept then they will be subjected to Court because the State House and district rules does not accept such matters to be practiced across Uganda.

NRM stand to fight Peace with total Security, Spreading Wealth for the Ugandan and Prosperity for all.
